Title: Indoor Smores Recipe

5cMiniature marshmallows
1/3cLight corn syrup
6tbMargerine or butter
1 1/2cMilk chocolate bits
1tsVanilla
8cGolden Grahams Cereal {or}
8cBroken Graham Crackers
1cMiniature marshmallows

MELT : 5 cups marshmallows, the corn syrup, margerine and chocolate bits in a 3 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal or graham crackers in a large bowl.

MIX : quickly until completely coated with chocolate. stir in 1 cup marshmallows.

PRESS : mixture evenly in buttered 13x9x2 inch rectangular pan with buttered back of spoon. Let stand at least 1 hour, or refrigerate if a firmer bar is desired. Cut into 2 inch squares with end result of approximately 24 bars.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS : Place 5 cups miniature marshmallows, the corn syrup, margerine and chocolate bits in large microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on HIGH 2 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after each minute, until mixture is melted and smooth when stirred. Now continue with recipe as directed above.

HIGH ALTITUDES : (3500 to 6500 feet) believe it or not no changes necessary.
